right now having some really mixed feelings. just had the last official np trainng for the year. it was a good and bad one i must say. good because i cant help but say my fellow squadmates really portrayed teamwork while pitching the tent, as instructed by sir. i was really touched by everyone's determination to show the people that we were capable of pitching the tent. bad because there are 5 people in my squad retaining. that is really sad thing. they have really been great squadmates for the past three years. it ain't easy to let go of the bond that our squad shared for sucha long time. but in our hearts, we all know that you'll always be our squadmates and true friends.

we'll all miss your enthusiasm and hype in the squad. always thinking of funny lame ideas for the squad. you really brought much joy to the squad. to me, you've been great frens, talking about all sort of stuff all the time. you're always my dear squadmates and frens. always.


ok. sad things aside. let me talk about my end-yr results. not exactly remarkable, but i must say i'm quite shocked by the results. i expected a higher mark for my L1R5. but to my surprise, it was lower, much lower than i expected. =D overall pass! saddening thing being, a lot of my frens are being retained. chinese saying: "zao zhi jing ri, he bi dang chu". i know i'm blunt in my words. but really, wad i honestly feel is that: if you dun wanna be retained, why didn't you study hard in the first place? i know of some people who just cant score well after mugging for 10, 000 yrs, those are the minority, no one can say anything. but most of the time, you hear teachers saying things like, "she's actually a very intelligent girl, it's just that she's too lazy, if not, i believe she can do well." so the problem lies with the people not wanting to study hard. who is to blame? rhetorical-
