happened to watch a short part of Don't Ignore Diabetes one evening,
and it literally scared me to bits.
made me reflect and think,
SHIT i'm damn unhealthy!
cos it just so happened that i was chewing[spamming rather] on sweets at that time.
and i could well be paving my way to doomsday if i dont discipline myself soon.
it sucks to keep in moderation, seriously.
like how huimin likes SALTY food,
i cannot live without sweets.

yesterday,
jacqueline foo made my day for the first time in the longest time.
then later in the night,
or should i say in the MORNING,
tan huimin made me smile too!
praise God times seven million!

because i feel like suddenly i see a door in front of me half open,
with a very shiny beam of light behind it,
